PayPal
When I was approached by PayPal, I had little interest in making a move from Amazon; however, when they explained that they wanted to reinvent and improve the site experience, it was an opportunity that I could not pass up and one where I felt that I could make a significant difference. I decided to make the move to Austin to develop PayPal’s design team and elevate the user experience.

Amazon.com
I worked for Amazon for over twelve years. In that time I held many different roles and worked on literally thousands of projects from the redesign of the electronics, tools and kitchen category homepage templates and the complete re-articulation of the global navigation, to launching new international sites and product categories and reinventing the way that Amazon addressed it’s fashion categories.
There are no words to describe how much I learned at Amazon and the bonds that I made with such impressive talent throughout the company. It was a journey and an education all in one and I continue to be a huge fan of Amazon. The examples that I’ve included are, for the most part, larger-scale fashion projects that I was involved in, but I have also included a couple of other pieces to show diversity. skotodesign, publishing & personal work
Prior to working in web and mobile, I had a long career in print, publishing and marketing. Here are a few examples of that work, including brand identity and logo design, editorial illustration, interior and architectural work, and photography. There's also page dedicated to team building and management. Building great teams is very important to me and I strive to share, educate and/or inspire anyone that I encounter in some way.
This section shows the diversity of my work outside of my corporate roles. I have an intense passion for all design-related disciplines and I like to work in as many as I can. Inspiration can come from anything that I encounter and experience - by exposing myself to other areas of designs, it improves the work that I do overall and continued learning feeds the soul.
