Freelance Website Designs

My Role: Web Designer

Project: A selection of website landing pages representative of work that I have done for freelance clients.

Background

I’ve been fortunate to have had incredible diversity in my freelance website projects. I began designing web sites at Peak Systems which supported US West’s Business Web Development and provided interactive and web design solutions for internal and external clients. While at Amazon.com, I continued freelance web design through my design practice, skotodesign. I’ve worked on over 75 site designs between the two.

Clients included: US West, The US Winter Olympics, Westside Schools, Masonry Specialties, Virtual Information Systems, Center for the New West, Sony, Granen Photography, Majestic Mortgage Systems, and many others. Some of my favorite projects have been for non-profits such as United Way, Diversity Arts Project and YouthQuake—the passion for each of their causes made for great creative collaborations.

“Although our working tenure was fairly brief (less than a year), at Peak Systems, Skottie was always a source of inspiration with his design work. Always known to be a quality worker, a valued team-member and a creative spark for the team. It was obvious that Skot had the talent to write his own ticket in the industry. It was my pleasure to have worked with him and if you hire him, I know you won't be disappointed.”
