This work started as an experiment is texture and was created from the leopard moth image included below. The texture experiment was an attempt to create something that was unique that could be applied, when appropriate, to some of my works in order to give them a bit of a twist from other digital work out there. You will see in the detail below what I am referring to. This texture is criss-crossed and intertwined and provides interest even close up. I would love to hear what you think of it, so never hesitate to critique. I know that art is subjective, so I won’t take offense, but I am curious how it resonates with people as the texture is unusual.
